NORTH BATTLEFORD, Sask. – Two people were injured and a man has been charged with impaired driving after a two vehicle collision in North Battleford, Sask. on Saturday.

It happened near the intersection of 13th Avenue and 103rd Street at 5:38 p.m.

A man and a woman were taken to hospital but their injuries are not considered life threatening.

The driver of the other vehicle, a 22-year-old Saskatoon man formerly from North Battleford, was arrested and charged with two counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm, refusing to provide a breath sample, driving left of the centre line and failing to comply with a license restriction.

He is scheduled to appear in North Battleford provincial court on Jan. 6, 2014.
