RIVERSIDE, Calif. - The fate of a boy who was 10 when he shot and killed his neo-Nazi father rests with a judge who must decide whether he goes to a state lockup or a place where, according to his lawyers, the boy could be more effectively weaned from the effects of a brutal and twisted childhood.
